Youth
The Training Group’s Youth employment programs support young people with entering the workforce or moving on to further education. Programs can include career exploration, occupational certificates, skills training or work experience placements that connect them to employers.
Self Employment
Business planning, classroom training, professional mentoring and group support ensure entrepreneurs acquire the tools needed to plan, launch and grow their business.
Internationally trained professionals
Are you an internationally trained professional ready to launch your Canadian career? The Career Paths for Skilled Immigrants employment program gives eligible participants the career coaching and resources they need to gain employment in their field of training and expertise.

WorkBC Employment Services
WorkBC Employment Services are delivered onsite, virtually and through outreach making services accessible and responsive. Our team of skilled Resource Experts, Career Coaches and Employment Placement Specialists provide specialized services for all different client groups.
WorkBC Apprentice Services
WorkBC Apprentice Services is a program funded by the Provincial and Federal Government to assist apprentices with service and supports to access the classroom technical training portion of their apprenticeship trade to achieve journey person status.
