3. Appointment letter / employment contract
- College sends appointment letter / employment contract
- Candidate reviews, signs and returns the letter / contract
4. Online onboarding
- Receive Welcome Email with login and onboarding info
- Complete onboarding tasks
- Sign-up for New Employee JumpStart
5. Online training
- Complete all mandatory training
- Get your Employee ID
6. First day
- Meet the team
- Get familiar with your department
- Get Job-Specific Health & Safety Orientation from Supervisor
7. JumpStart Session in HR
- Attend New Employee JumpStart
- Get to know the College culture, DC Connect, and PD opportunities
8. Making Connections
- Attend Making Connections – New Employee Welcome Event
- Attend Employee Summer BBQ
