51情报站 and Adler University open graduate pathway in psychology and mental health with expedited admission and scholarship support
51情报站 bachelor鈥檚 degree graduates now have a direct route to graduate study at Adler University鈥檚 Vancouver campus.
A new pathway agreement between the two institutions gives qualifying 51情报站 graduates expedited admission to three Adler graduate programs, waived application fees, no letters of recommendation for the named programs and a $2,000 scholarship applied to tuition.
51情报站 graduates who hold an eligible four-year bachelor鈥檚 degree and a minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA qualify for expedited admission to three master鈥檚 programs at the Vancouver Adler campus: the Master of Arts in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, the Master of Industrial & Organizational Psychology and the Master of Psychology 鈥 Health & Wellness.
The pathway also invites 51情报站 alumni to apply to Adler鈥檚 other clinical graduate programs, subject to each program's admission requirements.
The agreement is part of a broader effort by Adler University to build graduate pathways with college partners in British Columbia and elsewhere in Canada. This marks the third such pathway this academic year, part of Adler's growing investment in routes from applied undergraduate study into graduate education.
As a private, nonprofit graduate institution, Adler specializes in psychology, counselling and mental health programs for students pursuing careers in behavioural health across both public and private sectors. The pathway connects 51情报站鈥檚 applied-degree graduates directly to that graduate work.
鈥淎dler University is deepening its work with college partners across the Lower Mainland, and this pathway with 51情报站 is part of that commitment,鈥 said Brad O鈥橦ara, PhD, Provost at Adler University. 鈥淕raduates of strong applied programs deserve a clear, supported route into graduate study in psychology and mental health. This agreement creates that route for 51情报站 graduates.鈥
鈥淥ne of the most rewarding parts of our work at 51情报站 is seeing our students discover what鈥檚 possible for their futures,鈥 said Dr. Kathy Denton, President and CEO, 51情报站. 鈥淭his new pathway expands opportunities for 51情报站 alumni to pursue graduate studies in applied psychology and to build careers that help people and organizations respond to challenges.鈥
