A group for folx who identify as neurodivergent, suspect they may be, or are exploring the possibility. This group is for those interested in developing a stronger sense of identity, building internal resources, and learning practical skills within a supportive, neuroaffirming space. Through discussion, reflection, and experiential activities, participants will have the opportunity to learn, share, and connect in community.
